The advantage is that they can use standard products (manufactured by IC companies), which is especially helpful for solution providers to promote their solutions, and manufacturers who purchase solutions do not need to make their own products. sensor. The disadvantage is that it is not easy to perform temperature compensation.
2. Pressurized micro air pump
There are currently two types of micro air pumps used in electronic blood pressure monitors.
1) Ordinary micro air pumps are used in the first and second generation electronic sphygmomanometers------the micro air pumps of the simultaneous measurement of decompression (MWD) electronic sphygmomanometers. Its characteristics are: fast pressurization, but large pulsation of the outlet air flow. . Currently, there are manufacturers in mainland China and Taiwan that can produce it.
2) The micro servo air pump is used in the third generation electronic sphygmomanometer------the micro air pump of the pressurized synchronous measurement (MWI) electronic sphygmomanometer. Its characteristics are: smooth pressurization and very small pulsation of the outlet air flow; it can be used Servo Control.
3. Electronically controlled exhaust valve
Used in the second generation electronic blood pressure monitor, it is characterized by servo control through software to maintain a constant exhaust speed to improve the accuracy of blood pressure measurement. 4. Electronic blood pressure monitor software
This is the core of the electronic blood pressure monitor. Only a handful of 10 companies in the world can develop software suitable for mass production. Roughly speaking, there are 3 companies in mainland China; 3 companies in Taiwan; and the others are all Japanese manufacturers.
5. Mechanical slow exhaust valve
This is a slow exhaust valve used in the first generation of electronic blood pressure monitors, also known as a rubber exhaust valve, commonly known as "air core".
6. Solenoid quick exhaust valve
The air valve used for rapid deflation is used in both the first and third generation electronic blood pressure monitors. There is nothing special about the solenoid quick exhaust valve. Controlling power consumption is the difficulty.
